Working Principle
The workpiece is pressurized and energized between the upper and lower electrodes, and having resistance welding.
When the resistance of the welding part is R (Ω), the welding current is I (A), and the power on time is t (sec), according to the formula: the current I that the metal material with a certain resistance value R passes through within a certain time t heats up due to the resistance, and the heat generated is Q. The metal resistance current is used to heat the molten metal, and then the metal is cooled, crystallized and connected under pressure. This is called resistance welding.

The main working process of this welding machine is composed of four basic procedures: pressurization, welding, maintenance and rest, and additional procedures can be added if necessary.
Welding: after a certain time delay, the thyristor (silicon controlled element) in the controller is switched on and turned on, the primary side of the transformer receives controllable primary current, and the secondary side of the transformer generates welding current, which reaches the electrode through the secondary circuit to heat the workpiece, resulting in melting at the contact of the workpiece. This process is called "welding", and the process parameters are welding time, welding current and electrode pressure
